Carmen Arvizu shows us another aspect of her creative work, finding in her own language, a way to see, to feel, to be and to solve plastic problems with plenty of vibrant colors, important pastings, inventing in this way a rich imaginary world.
Carmen Arvizu, born in 1967 in Mexico City has obtained a license of Graphic Design at the Autonomous University of Mexico City and a degree in painting at the National School of Painting, Sculpture and Engraving La Esmeralda. She won many prizes in 1991 and since 1997 she expose at the Gallery Espacio in Switzerland. She was also invited by various galleries in Switzerland and abroad.
Her palette is so extraordinary that from the beginning, she was named "the magician of color." In her works abstraction predominates, traits can be strong, it creates visual lures that allow her to play with depth. Her expression is playful in a mature and sensitive work.
