Prices of the artworks are shown in Swiss francs. GALERIE ESPACIO reserves the right to modify these prices at any time.
The artworks are given at the price specified on the website at the time that the order is placed.
Shipping and packaging costs will be automatically calculated and charged additionally at the time of the order placed.
All shipping and packaging costs will appear on the purchase order and invoice.
Art work
The artworks remain the property of the artist until payment is reived.
Photographs of the artworks shown on the website are not included in the contract.
The electronic receipt of the order confirmation is considered equivalent to a handwritten signature in a contract between the buyer and the seller.
The order will be confirmed by email to the address provided by the buyer on the order form.
A confirmation of the order will be sent via email to the email address provided on the order form. The buyer will be held responsible for all information given with regard to the order placed.
In case of delivery failure due to erroneous information given on the order form, the seller can not be held responsible.
Payment and transaction security
Payment can be made through the PayPal payment system shown on the website. It is also possible to use a Visa or Mastercard credit card via Paypal.

In order to complete your order, you must register online and choose a password.
This password is strictly confidential and must not be disclosed to third parties.
You assume full responsibility for the usage of your password and all orders placed, even for those that were placed without your knowledge.
